Job Summary
Support implementation activities of our product Bizgaze at client's location.
Meet clients to understand their business flows and configure Bizgaze product accordingly.
Train users of Bizgaze product and their configured workflows.
Take calls from clients through Telephone/video calling/chat/emails and able assist them to resolve technical issues with the support of the backend technical team.
Collaborative (Teamwork) resolution of raised support tickets following SLA.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher
Languages: English, Hindi, Telugu (English & Hindi Mandatory)
