• Hire and grow a team of talented developers
  

Contractor SLA Management

• POC for any given projects, you will manage their requirements, deliverables, and be responsible for merging in their contributions.
  

Agile Project Management

• Work with our team in defining stories and delivering on requirements, timelines, budget
  

IT Operations Management

• Run and manage those who are responsible for uptime and performance
  

Jira

• Story creation and workflow enforcement
  
• Burndown charts
  
• Velocity Tracking
  
• Workflow creation
  
• Reporting
  

Source Control Workflow

• Enforce standards and best practices for commits, messaging, pull requests, etc.
  

Change Management

• Document all changes to scope and get required sign off from stakeholders
  

Release(s) Management

• Ensure packaging, release notes, internal sign-off, coordination with cross-functional teams to go live.
  

Building out Project Management Systems

• Templates, Processes, Reports, etc
  

Execution Essentials:

Project Management

• SCRUM Master certification
  

Agile Methodology

• Creation of stories
  
• Backlog grooming
  
• Burndown charts
  
• SaaS (Jira, Asana, GitHub)
  

Git / GitHub

• Commits, Ticket System, Feature Branching, Pull Requests
  

Experience Essentials:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  
• Superb English communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Excellent organizational skills
  
• Advanced level use of Project Management SaaS applications for personal and professional organizational efforts (ie. Jira, Asana, GitHub, Basecamp, Trello, etc.)
  
• Seasoned experience as a leading manager a small-to-medium-sized team of software developers and engineers (ie. Sr. PHP / LAMP, Front End, Project Managers)
  
• Demonstrated significant contributions to the success of technology projects
  
• Demonstrated expertise in position subject matter (this will be tested)
  

Experience and Execution Nice to Have:

• PMP or equivalent certification a plus
  
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience - nice to have
  
• MBA - nice to have
