Scrum Master Job in Agdova

Responsibility

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong demonstrated experience in an iterative development environment, using Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with all layers of the organization.
• Strong mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate a team to achieve the objectives.
• Proven experience in influencing and facilitating key discussions.
• Proven experience in managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Scrum Master Certification such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM is required.
• Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS/SAFe based on scaled agile environment.
• Familiarity with one or more agile approaches such as Kanban, XP etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Familiarity with development tools such as JIRA etc.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD (Preferable).
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.

Skills Required:

Manage scope and timeline of every project.

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.

Coach team members in Agile frameworks.

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

Be the point of contact for external communication (e.g. with customers or stakeholders).

Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Help teams implement changes effectively.

Ensure deliverables are up to the quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Guide development teams to higher Scrum maturity.

Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.
