Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Post-editing photos for marketing including:
    • Resizing
    • Retouching
    • Color correcting
    • Straightening
    • Cropping
    • Skin Retouching
    • Object removal, blend and creation
    • Compositing
    • Blending, merging, and enhancing
  • Cull and edit images for website pages, photographer portfolios, marketing library, albums, social media, email marketing, and print collateral
  • Quality control to ensure imagery meets brand standards
  • Maintain file naming conventions
  • Maintain organization for file and digital asset management
  • Build and maintain photographer portfolios
  • Build and maintain website imagery
  • Facilitate time-sensitive vendor image requests
  • Support marketing team with media image requests as needed
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by manager

Experience and Execution Essentials:

  • 3+ years of professional photo editing experience
  • 2+ years experience using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop professionally
  • Proficiency in visual skills and attention to detail
  • Competency in organizational skills
  • Driven to be self-motivated and reliable
  • Real job experience handling multiple projects at one time and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in English both written and verbally.

Bonus Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design is a plus but not required

KPIs:

PERFORMANCE GOALS / KPIs

  • 100% of edits assigned, up to 400 images a day
  • 100% of culling assigned
  • 100% of image arranging and uploading assigned
  • Quality meetings the target of 8 or above
  • Additional tasks completed by deadlines
  • 100% accurate record-keeping for assignments

Experience and Execution Nice to Haves

  • Experience over the growth phase of startups/SMEs.
  • Past experience in digital media, advertising, or large-scale post production
