Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Required experience for this position is of 3 to 6 years as project management.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of the project.
- Experience of project lifecycle.
- Attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and must be a team player.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
