Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
Roles &Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as project charters, schedules, and budgets. Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including IT professionals, engineers, and other specialists.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure clear lines of communication. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Monitor project progress against the established schedule.
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate changes to project timelines to stakeholders.
- Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure project outputs meet expectations. Implement continuous improvement measures as needed.
- Aanticipate and manage changes in project scope or requirements. Assess the impact of changes and adjust project plans accordingly. Ensure change requests are properly documented and approved.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, including status updates, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators. Maintain a comprehensive project documentation repository for reference and auditing purposes.
- Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Provide regular project status updates and reports. Address stakeholder concerns and issues promptly.
- Track project expenses and report on budget variances to senior management. Ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to the project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
SkillsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in an IT environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in IT project management.
