Job Summary

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Identify the job requirement by studying organizational plans and objectives, Meeting with managers & get approval from management
- Prepare job description & Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Builds applicant sources using various methods like Cold calling, referral, internet sites, Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
Requirements
- Aside from a proficiency in computer skills, a Talent Acquisition Specialist is necessarily required to have a degree.
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
- Previous experience seeking talent recruitment
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally, Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
- Proficient with MS Office suites
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor s or master s degree preferred
- Computer and internet knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in related field
Benefits
Talent Acquisition Specialist typically work in a normal time schedule. Starting salaries can range from around 12,000 - 18,000 a month and, on average, senior executive assistant earn salaries in the range of 20,000 - 25,000
