Job Summary

- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products

- Keep records of customer interactions , recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

- Answer questions about products or the company

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


Salary : 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
Qualification :
BDS, BHM, B.Pharma, B.Sc, MS/Master of Surgery, M.Pharma, M.Sc, Ph.D/Doctorate, MPHIL
