1. Be able to communicate with clients efficiently.
2. Understand the requirement of clients and prioritize the work accordingly.
3. Give the clients regular feedback about the status of their orders.
4. Work with the operation team and handle clients and different stakeholders.
5. Maintain good relationship with the customers.
6. Handle customer s queries and requirements.
7. Candidate must have basic IT knowledge.
8. Must have excellent communication skills and good hold over English language.
9. Communicate clients through emails, calls, WhatsApp.
10.Candidate must be comfortable with rotational shifts.
