Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with experience in channel management with 1 - 4 years of experience.
The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners. The candidate will be jointly responsible for achieving sales thru partners, minimum profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
Responsibilities: Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. Implement partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally. Manages compliance and strict adherence to channel rules of engagement & agreements.
