Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all employee-related concerns within the CEO s office.

Address employee issues, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive results and influence change in a fast-paced environment.

SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
