Responsibilities:
Manage the team of execs and client relationship
Build long-term relationships with clients
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prepare reports on account status
Understand client briefs and articulate the plan of action accordingly
Initiate tasks, assign and coordinate tasks with internal creative and tech teams
Ensure timely delivery of the tasks internally and with clients
Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Prepare and present reports on their progress
Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
