- Passionate about digital marketing with 5-8 years.
- Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and lead generation.
- Experience in a performance marketing role across a range of channels; search, social, affiliate, display, video.
- A knack for identifying target audiences, knowing where to find them, encouraging engagement and driving conversions.
- Strong experience in website analytics tools highly proficient with google analytics, tag manager, search console. Knowledge of using data tools such as marketing automation, CRMs, attribution reporting, and paid campaign reports.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced open environment
- Expert level knowledge of Adwords is highly desirable. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Knowledge about personal finance and financial market is plus
