Job Summary
What You ll Be Doing
As a Python developer at BetterWorks you will be responsible for developing a flexible and performant integration system for our product. You will,
- Identify solutions to integrate with various systems like HRIS, JIRA, Slack, Tableau, etc.
- Architect an integration platform that can implement these solutions
- Ensure your code is reliable by writing unit tests
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve your objective
What ll Help You Be Successful
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- Working experience in SSO, OAuth, and SAML (MS Teams preferred)
- Experience building integrations with Microsoft platforms
- Experience building scalable REST APIs with attention to security, rate-limiting, and documentation
- Working experience in building multiple integrations (E.g., Facebook, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Email, SMS, etc.,)
- Exposure working with a MVC backend framework like Django
- Exposure to SQLAlchemy is a plus
- Experience with Scrum methodologies and remote teams is a plus.
