Job Summary

Job Description: The System Administrator would be responsible for the installation/configuration and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities: Involved in installation, configuration, and testing of computer systems and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops and associated peripherals. Contact the end user via phone/MS teams to schedule the remote sessions and fix the system issues. Assign, manage, and prioritize support tickets on the ticketing queue using the ITSM tools such as JIRA, Servicenow, etc. Troubleshoot Network connectivity (LAN) issues. Operating Systems (OS) installation/re-installation, upgrades, and patches for desktops. Software installations such as MS- Office, Acrobat Reader, mail client, etc. Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove Virus. Configuration of Printers (network and local) on desktops. Independent analysis and problem-solving. Meet or exceed all Helpdesk metrics and process requirements (ticket management protocols, Quality, time tracking, communication requirements, etc.). Handle inventory and asset management, and e-recycling. Perform inventory management by maintaining appropriate levels of stock in storage for assets and accessories. IT On-boarding & Off-boarding. Required Skills: Knowledge in Installation of OS, Windows Operating system support, Installation of applications in Desktop and Laptop, Software Upgrade, Configuration of Printer, Wi fi, Emails, and LAN Problems. Experience in troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues. Excellent Communication Skills and should be able to articulate and speak. Any certification is an added advantage (e.g. MCSE, MCITP, MCTS). Inventory and Asset Management by using CMDB tools such as Insight, Servicenow, HPAM etc. Fair understanding of ITIL practices in Incident Management, Request Management & Problem Management Qualifications Experience range: A minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a Helpdesk Administrator or equivalent Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline or any equivalent Experience: 3 to 4 years Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
