Software Engineer - .net Job in Benefitalign

As a developer, you have 3+ years of programming experience and strong development background in MVC & Angular JS. Will work closely with senior team members to learn existing development practice and follows standard coding conventions and guideline from the team.
You are a passionate coder and willing to go an extra mile to achieve product goals with a go-getter attitude.

• BTech/ BE/ Post Graduates from Premium Institutes or Bachelors in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline from a reputed institute
• Any Technical or Management Certification is a plus
• Minimum 3+ years of .Net programming experience which includes at least 2 years in MVC

• Follow standard coding conventions and guidelines from Product Managers/Architects/Leads
• Track record of sharing knowledge and mentoring other team members
• Working with distributed teams
• Work with initiative leads, business areas, technical leads, architects, subject matter experts, developers, technical support groups and test teams to deliver value to the business
• Review and accept software and interface design and requirements
• Refine and decompose requirements to the level of detail required to initiate development
• Design, prototype, develop, test, and document product features. Make recommendations for enhancements that result in a cost effective product delivery and/or operational efficiency
• Perform unit testing and document test results
• Complete code reviews, complete documentation of issues identified and action items
