Lead Software Engineer - .net Job in Benefitalign

As a .Net Tech Lead, you have 8+ years of application development and programming experience. You will be working closely with the Delivery Director, IT development and Architecture groups. You will have previously worked with business teams, defining business functional requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. Balance technology and business issues and communicate appropriately with both groups.
As a .Net professional you are a passionate coder and love to solve & handle complex problems and spear head the development delivery.

• BTech/ BE/ Post Graduates from Premium Institutes or Bachelors in Computer Science, Math, IT or related discipline from a reputed institute
• 8+ yrs experience with .NET framework, ASP.NET / C# / MVC
• 5+ years with relational databases, mainly SQL Server
• 3+ years with web services/SOAP/XML/ XSLT
• 3+ years integrating APIs

• Experience with developing/implementing web applications built on .Net technologies
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to other team members as required
• Development responsibilities include doing code review / bug analysis, analyzing development and impacts
• Work closely with Product Architects / Product Director to define robust, best practice architectures for new applications, leveraging and enhancing existing modules, or creating new reusable components
• Provide effort planning estimates for application change requests and defect resolutions
• Run daily stand-up meetings as required and in concert with the program technical lead
• Assist in establishing and updating application release plans
• Manage and perform Web application deployments
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide resolutions in a timely fashion
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
