Purposeof the Role: Take ownership of the product and be responsible for using it to itsfull capacity. The role would also be responsible for maintaining the productand managing the feedbacks.

Accountabilities:

-Workwith stakeholders to understand their needs and help develop the productstrategy and roadmap.

-Defineand clearly communicate a prioritised roadmap that implements the developmentdepartments strategy, including measurable improvements to support the keybusiness goals.

-Workwith relevant stakeholders, including the development teams, to drive areas ofintegration

-Buildand maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the company

-Provideregular updates to stakeholders on strategy, successes, learning and progresson product vision.

-Overallownership of a product, keeping the business and IT informed of the workdelivered and benefits to the business.

-Activelyseek input from internal and external stakeholders and complete competitoranalysis to keep abreast of industry and best practice

-Workwith the Initiatives team to produce detailed user journeys, acceptancecriteria and designs ready for implementation where required for largerinitiatives.

-Understandthe strategic and competitive position of the product, carry out competitiveanalysis and deliver value adding increments.

-Work with the Marketing and CRMteams. Contribute to marketing strategy and liaise with customer services toresolve any issues.

-Assist with product/system/process documentation to support users and business continuity.

-Write user stories for featuressuch that the development team can develop them and the QA team can test themeffectively

Skills and Capabilities:

-Excellentwritten and verbal communication

-Havegood attention to detail, is able to work well under pressure and able to adaptquickly to change

-Hasa comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle of the softwaredevelopment process

-Knowledgeand experience of working with Agile Scrum delivery methods

-Previousexperience and demonstrable knowledge of working within a Product Owner role.

-Knowledgeof requirements capture and specification techniques, the ability to balancetactical and strategic needs and always focus on the customer

-Creativethinking backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Goodattention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complexinformation quickly

-Knowledgeof and interest in the online gaming industry.

-FantasySports knowledge as added advantage.

-Experienceof working with teams to develop wireframes and specifications for new productfeatures

-Experienceof working with remotely located stakeholders and/or development team

-Projectmanagement skills including, product based planning techniques, business casecreation & maintenance, and issues & risks management

-Knowledgeof continuous integration

-Experienceof managing multiple feature development in one backlog

-Experienceof managing projects and product roadmap priorities in parallel.
