Three experiences will be designed just for you. 1. Shopfloor insights will help you to develop technical knowledge, as well as your interpersonal abilities and self-management. 2. Cross-functional insights will help you to develop cross-functional business understanding, teamwork and big picture thinking. 3. International insights with time spent working in another country will help you develop a global mindset, cross-culture sensitivity and effective collaboration in an international environment. As part of each 6-month experience you will have specific learning assignments and you will put your learning into practice with on-the-job projects that are assessed at the end of each experience. You and your manager will regularly review your performance and development, and your personal mentor is there to help you succeed in each of the three experiences.
