Your Qualification Experience in leading mid to large size SAP Programs in SAP S4 HANA and SAP ECC Deep understanding of working with SAP Activate and Hybrid Agile methodologies Experience with complex program delivery and commercial models, risk assessment and management, commercial reporting, etc. Experience of managing multiple streams within a program such as functional, integration, change management Experience in managing large program teams including architects in an onsite, offshore and nearshore environment Should have breadth of understanding of overall SAP landscape and interdependencies between other modules and cross functional integration Ability to manage diverse set of stakeholders both internal and customer Broad understanding of Organization Change Management methodologies Awareness of the SAP Product roadmap and the various trends Multiple end to end SAP implementations as project / program manager Ability to act as trusted advisor to customer program team, represent during Steering Committee meetings and engage with CXOs and department heads Experience in presales activities and contribute to proposals in terms of delivery models, project planning and other areas Willingness to mentor and lead a team and support upskilling Very good knowledge of German and English
