Job Summary

Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. Creates proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients' needs.

Job Description
  • Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client from development to payment procurement.
  • Proven inside sales experience through email marketing and calling.
  • Through knowledge in USA geography and market is must.
  • Responsible for client acquisitions and should be able to achieve the target independently.
  • Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement. Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Should have sound knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process.
  • Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
  • Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
  • Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.
  • Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities.
  • Making Business proposals.
  • Use consulting approaches in building highly productive business relationships including identifying new client needs and creative solutions.
  • Communicates regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolves issues promptly.
  • Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.
  • Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strategic planning & execution.
