Employment Terms: Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12months on payroll of Bayer

POSITION PURPOSE:

The HR Operations Manager enables country HR operations for smooth employee lifecycle management activities from onboarding to exit, not limited to Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration, Retirals, Payroll administration, Employee lifecycle activities and Exit management.



YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The incumbent will be responsible for providing leadership, project planning, and coordination, as well as overall support to the HR Operations. This includes but is not limited to the processing of support functions for payroll, tax, employee benefits operations, retirals operations, talent acquisition, employee exit operations.
    • Liaise with the respective HR teams and business teams across Bayer South Asia and enable smooth process delivery
    • Managing the operational activities of employee data management across the respective HR Operations activities
    • Facilitate for a smooth internal audit of all HR Operations activities.
    • Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, thereby improving employee experiences
    • Monitoring and maintaining internal HR systems and databases
    • Monitoring and analyzing key HR metrics
    • Ensuring legal compliance and adherence to country regulations and applicable employment laws, and HR update policies and/or procedures as required



WHO YOU ARE:

    • 5+ years relevant experience in HR Operations/ HR Services preferable in an MNC environment
    • Post Graduate in HR
    • Knowledge of SAP-HR (Preferred)
    • Proficiency in Bengali language (Spoken) is required
    • Detail-oriented, Supportive, Strong attention to employee experience, Ability to solve problems independently
    • Reporting and MIS/data management capability and analytical bent of mind
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a matrix organization
