Qualification: Mechanical Engineer/Production Engineer

Should be capable of Multi-tasking

Should be capable of handling 50 workers

Should able to manage batch production of Food /Pharma Machinery & Spares

Must Know Assembly techniques and be able to guide team of Fitters.

Must be able to schedule incoming parts for assembly

Should be capable to resolve mechanism issues

Must have worked in MSME organisation only

Good Communication and Reporting skill

Should be able to coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase and Sales Team

He should be the responsible person for the Team of Workers.
