The Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting both field and depot team with their daily operations. This may include quotation, work order processing, invoicing, service contract maintenance in system and purchase requisition/purchase order creation & HWT maintenance within the area of responsibilities (Singapore, Indonesia, Brunie, Philippines & India).

Responsible for managing any incoming customer queries.

Responsible for account creation and Prepare quotation for spare parts and service contracts as required to be furnished to customers.

Perform timely service invoicing and document filing for all service activities based on quotation, purchase order and/or service contract.

Responsible for all indirect purchase requisition and raise Intercompany purchase order.

Responsible for purchase order creation.

Maintain and monitor all service agreement in service delivery system and ERP.

Responsible for spare part item creation/extension and purchase order creation to vendor.

Communicate with supply chain on availability, delivery dates or other important matters related to spare parts delivery.

Responsible for managing system transaction for spare parts including purchase order, sales order, delivery order, goods receipt, and goods movement.

Manage inventory write off.

Support hardware tracking end to end process.

Responsible for any admin support to the Technical Service Center based on assigned by Supervisor/Manager
