As a senior product owneryou will have the opportunity to define product strategies that ensure long-term sustainability for our cutting-edge cloud connected email security and email archiver appliances. You will be working closely with customers, support and engineering teams to design, develop and deliver product capabilities. The right candidate possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. What you ll be working on

• Lead, hire and grow a team of senior/staff backend, frontend, full-stack and SDET engineers in delivering scalable features to our customers.
• Drive product roadmap from concept to delivery; this includes all phases of development from concept to execution.
• Manage and and grow an engineering team in a cloud environment. A heavy emphasis will be balancing features vs cost to optimize ROI.

• Collaborate with a global team of engineers, product managers and business leaders; manage and execute product backlog across a global organization.
• Experience recruiting, managing, retaining and promoting top talent for a technical team.

What you bring to the role

• Bachelors/Master s Degree in software/computer engineering or related field
• At least 10 years experience managing high velocity engineering teams.
• At least 5 years experience managing engineering teams and products in a cloud native environment. (one of the big three: Azure, AWS or GCP)
• At least 5 years of hands-on software experience before moving to management in a high scale environment.
• Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining excellent products with high quality standards
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills
• Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Positive attitude and demonstrated optimism
