Job Summary
  • Joining formalities, Induction process as per defined timelines.

  • Co-ordination with Corporate HR & Sales HR to excel people service delivery within TAT.
  • Provide payroll inputs, to corporate HR team, timely closure of Full & Final settlement, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
  • Co-ordinate with L & D team to execute Training interventions as per Training plan.
  • Oversee Employee Engagement activities as per calendar & gauge engagement score.
  • Sharing inputs pertaining to HR MIS timely basis.
  • Hand on experience on Statutory Compliance.

Qualification :
MBA
Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
