Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Good marketing knowledge, preferably- Real estate.
  • Should able to handle the marketing Leads /day to day Queries in regards to Commercial office space requirements Generation and conversion of the leads.
  • Coordinating with project site team for the client s inspection.
  • Good in preparing documents like lease deed, letter of indent, and Liaoning with legal and other related department for various client due diligence.
  • Good in organizing promotional activities, marketing campaigns and other marketing-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Communication skills and good in Power point presentation Latest market updates.
  • Proficiency in MS- office, word, Excel and financial knowledge for doing various MIS reports.
  • Good in Interpersonal skills for co ordination and follow up work for all clients requirements.
  • Good in learning of current market information s, Track of all MNC s Data, Office space demands, and their business expansion.
  • Pitch with new clients, organise meetings and co ordinate with clients and Property Consultants

Qualification :
MBA/Master in Corporate Real Estate
Experience Required :

Minimum 12 Years
