Direct Sales Agent Job in BNC Global
BNC has been mandated to recruit for a Direct Sales Agent for Delhi Location.
• Identify and acquire new clients who need loans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial needs and offer suitable loan products.
• Analyze clients' relevant documents, loan track records, and CIBIL scores to assess their creditworthiness.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
• Act as a liaison between clients and banks to facilitate the loan application process.
• Ensure timely processing and approval of loans by coordinating with bank officials.
• Monitor the loan disbursement process to ensure timely and accurate transfer of funds to clients.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the disbursement process.
• Engage in aggressive marketing and branding activities, including organizing canopies, distributing newspaper leaflets, and participating in radio FM promotions.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience as a Direct Selling Agent or in a similar role in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of loan products and the loan application process.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and bank officials.
• Aggressive and proactive approach to marketing and branding activities.
• Ability to travel extensively as required by the job.
• Be willing to travel extensively to meet clients, attend marketing events, and generate more business.
