Civil & Structural Design Job in Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited

Job Overview:

Typical job responsibilities include but not restricted to:

Perform feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design of Solar, Wind plant and Substations.

Design or review the design performed by external consultants for Module Mounting Structures & Foundation, Control Building, Drainage systems, Geotechnical report, etc. according to technical codes.

Ensure safe, effective and successful implementation of civil and structural engineering activities within budget and schedule requirements.

Review GFC drawings and shop submittals to support construction.

Review Quality Plans, Material Test reports, Inspection reports, etc. for compliance to technical codes and specifications

Plan, supervise and co-ordinate the Infrastructural activities throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

Perform site surveys for various renewable plants to access the technical and budgetary challenges and provide input to the budgeting committee.

Participate to technical meetings and follow up the design activities performed by external suppliers.

Prepare technical specifications and contractual documents.

Support other colleagues in the same units for tasks of high technical complexity.

Desired experience and expertise:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in civil engineering design

At least 2 years of relevant experience

Excellent academic track record and technical acumen

Ensure deliverables meet strict quality standards

Experience in heavy engineering sectors like Oil & Gas, Thermal power, etc. will be a plus

Knowledge of Softwares:

STAAD CONNECT

Global Mapper

AutoCAD 2D

Civil 3D

Knowledge of ETABS, RCDC, ANSYS will be a plus.

Hec-ras (will be a plus)

Knowledge of BIM software and platform, such as Navisworks, Solibri, Allplan Bimplus, Allplan Engineering, BIM360, Trimble Connect, will be a plus.

Superior organizational skills and detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality.

Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.

Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in autonomy for task of high complexity.

Travel up to 20% for meetings and project sites.
