Job Summary

Responsible for collection of scope of project before project execution.Ensure that creativity and innovation are the key words in design
Adopt best practices in Design for Manufacturability.
Training new joinees on design and assembly
Periodic meeting with peers and managers to assess self performance
To ensure error free design. Getting it right the first time
To ensure design for easy assembly
Uniqueness in Design and Design for Reliability.
Sound knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD & Solid works) is must.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and assembly techniques will be an added advantage.
Should be capable to understand the design of a 5- axes simultaneous milling machine and disseminate the knowledge in detail to fellow team members.
Team handling experience.
Self driven gobetter
