Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• Roll out of Policy notes within defined timelines
• Maintaining health of portfolio within defined threshold

• Policy training to Credit team at defined frequency

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end risk management of EL Business
• Develop product risk policy framework, programs and devise risk strategy for business
• Competition tracking and building stronger proposition for the company
• Collaborate with external & internal partners for building risk solutions
• Tracking & monitoring of Education Loan portfolio to ensure good of portfolio health
• Preparation of risk dashboards/management presentations via collaborating with various internal and external resources
• Appraise and provide risk views on Education Loan proposals requiring Risk approval
• Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments
• Recommend ways to control and reduce risk on stipulated processes and policies, advise teams on business/operational matters
• Produce business-related information and reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes periodically

• Coordination with designated managers of the partner and taking adequate risk policy measures to provide required enablers

Eligibility

Required Experience

• 8-10 years
• Should have first-hand experience of developing risk policy framework

• Experience in underwriting of Education Loan/Personal loan/LAP

Required Qualification

• CA or MBA (Finance) from premier institutes
