Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Identifying the manpower requirement for the departments handled aligned to the Org strategy
Ensure right sourcing of candidates through various channels and closure of positions within agreed TAT
Acts as a HR advisor to the departments and take proactive steps to ensure employee retention
Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency
Drive participation & completion of Learning programs, Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans
Lead/contribute towards process improvement projects across various HR functions
Manage the onboarding of new joiners, aiding their assimilation into the new role
Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures and practices Handle employee grievances
Proactively analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, engagement scores etc.) and implement action plan to achieve the desired change/outcome.

Geographic Span : Pan India role based out of Mumbai HO in Andheri

Functional Skills: Ability to handle recruitment including sourcing at front line sales level to senior levels.
Conducting employee connect sessions with poise
Working knowledge of HR processes such as PMS , promotion cycles etc
Ability to communicate HR policies and handle queries

Eligibility

Qualification:
MBA from premier institute

Experience:
3-6+ years of experience in Business Partnering and Talent Aquisition
NBFC /Bank experience preferred and hiring of Regional/Zonal roles


Salary : 700,000 - 1,100,000 per year
