Title: HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

Manage the complete employee life cycle from manpower planning including on-boarding, PMS process, Employee engagement and separation.
Contribute to the HR Strategy for Rest of Marketing HR for delivery of Business performance by ensuring Talent availability.
Designing & implementing employee engagement initiatives with insight coming from Gallup engagement survey and by connecting with Business Leaders.
Drive and track closure of PMS (half yearly and annual process) for Rest of Marketing function. This will include completion of Performance Contract, Mid-Year-Review and Annual Appraisal Process. Drive 100% Compliance.
Handling HR Audit queries pertaining to Rest of Marketing Function and ensuring 100 % compliance.
Time bound resolution of employee queries.
Monthly HR MIS.
To plan & organize structured Induction Training for all new joiners.
To prepare quarterly/monthly training plan for all employees and organize programs accordingly with L&C.
To facilitate & implement RNR on Quarterly basis.
To complete F&F formalities of exiting employees within stipulated time.

Eligibility: MBA/PGDM HR /BE/B.Tech with around 7 years experience Level: M7/M8 No. Of Position: 1
