Title: HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete employee life cycle from manpower planning including on-boarding, PMS process, Employee engagement and separation.
  • Contribute to the HR Strategy for Rest of Marketing HR for delivery of Business performance by ensuring Talent availability.
  • Designing & implementing employee engagement initiatives with insight coming from Gallup engagement survey and by connecting with Business Leaders.
  • Drive and track closure of PMS (half yearly and annual process) for Rest of Marketing function. This will include completion of Performance Contract, Mid-Year-Review and Annual Appraisal Process. Drive 100% Compliance.
  • Handling HR Audit queries pertaining to Rest of Marketing Function and ensuring 100 % compliance.
  • Time bound resolution of employee queries.
  • Monthly HR MIS.
  • To plan & organize structured Induction Training for all new joiners.
  • To prepare quarterly/monthly training plan for all employees and organize programs accordingly with L&C.
  • To facilitate & implement RNR on Quarterly basis.
  • To complete F&F formalities of exiting employees within stipulated time.
Eligibility: MBA/PGDM HR /BE/B.Tech with around 7 years experience Level: M7/M8 No. Of Position: 1
