Responsibilities:
Process and Technology standardization
Project Management Skills and Implementation using complete ownership
Knowledge of Digital Transformation Journey for Lending Domain
Technical Document Preparation
Sign off from Stakeholders for the Project and Weekly status reporting of the Project status
Ensure effective implementation of controls and security measures in line with risks identified
Change management, Release Management to be controlled
Understanding of the Peripheral Systems and the integration between systems.
Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery
Technical Skills required:
Proven experience Business Analyst orProject Manager
Hands-on experience with software development
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Familiarity with SDLC Life Cycle,
Eligibility
Any Graduation in IT, MBA, BE.
Work experience with a Bank or NBFC preferred
