Job Description

Execute the digital initiatives for Avanse and responsible for Digital innovation as a strategic differentiator to gain leadership position in chosen markets. The incumbent is expected to play an instrumental role in scaling up and transforming the organization to achieve business goals and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities
1. Delivering End to End Project with complete ownership
2. Monitor operational performance and ensure quality of service delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and Technology standardization
  • Techno-Functional Knowledge of Lending Business in NBFC in Loan Origination. (LOS)
  • Deliver a suitably differentiated customer experience in line with the brand promise across all channels of interaction
  • Budget Monitoring, Change management, Release Management to be controlled
  • Implementation of Core Lending Project is a must
  • Process and organisational changes to deliver a seamless and desired customer experience for all digital products and all transactions interactions
  • Continuously track digital innovations in the relevant space and work out suitable strategies to bring on board suitable innovations organically or inorganically as suitable
  • Preparation of Test Plans and business requirement Document (BRD)
  • Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity & define & manage quality & productivity enhancement measures
  • Project Management Skills and Delivering End to End Project with complete ownership
  • Vendor/Partner Management.

  • Eligibility

    Required Experience

    7 8 years
    NBFC/BFSI experience is a must
