Job Summary


Key Responsibilities:

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including technical, support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations
Meets assigned business targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives with line of sign on P&L from assigned partner account
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
Partner with business owners to build product that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan
Market Mapping and Competition Benchmarking of the product offering

Technical Skills:

High on Analytical, Networking and Technology application orientation
Strong Negotiation skills
Good understanding of assets products
Excellent MS Office skills

Qualification:
MBA

Experience:
5 - 8 years of experience in managing partner / channel relationships and formulating strategy and product
NBFC / Fintech experience preferred


Salary : 700,000 - 1,000,000 per year
