Job Summary
- Must be able to support North American-based partner set and North America-based working hours
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in partner management, account management, consulting, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary
- Analytical mindset to interpret data to find trends and insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite)
