Job Description:
Candidates not having minimum four years experience in selling Energy Management solutions should not apply for this role.
This position holder will be responsible for sales of Janitza Energy Metering products & solutions in their regions. The objective is to integrate the various products available in the VIPA India and Automation Combine product basket while offering technically feasible solutions in the field of automation to the Indian industry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and/or power electronics in Engineering from a four-year college or related technicalschool.
Working experience in sales of Energy Meter products a must.
Basic knowledge on electrical power and measurement parameters amust.
Basic knowledge on sub-station protocols and IEC standardspreferred.
Experience with industrial communication networks such as RS-232, RS-485, Profibus, and Profinet along with Modbus, Devicenet, BACNet and Ethernet protocols.
Exposure to working with electrical consultantspreferred.
Energetic, self-motivated andfocused.
Strong relationshipbuilder.
Ability to multi-task and workcross-functionally.
Team player who is able to work independently asrequired.
Strong interpersonal, analytic and communicationskills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential accounts and promote Janitza energy meters along with various products available in VIPA India and Automation Combine product basket.
To visit minimum 4-6 customers relevant to the business segments provided everyday depending on the territoryallocated.
To increase customer base through customer mining, customer segmentation and approaching new regions in the allocatedterritory.
Execute high velocity sales with OEMs, panel builders and end usercustomer.
Provide application, product selection and cross-reference assistance based on customerrequirements.
Assessing of Client s Automation EngineeringRequirements.
Independently design and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple products from the Automation Combine productbasket.
Analyze complex problems and identify their impact. establish probabilities. draw conclusions reflecting broad businessneeds.
Assist customers with product information for Automation Combines industrial automationproducts.
Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizationalgoals.
Generate daily visit report and weekly sales review reports as per companypolicy.
Attain monthly and yearly sales goals established bymanagement.
Conduct product demonstration at customersite.
Other duties as assigned bymanagement.
