Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • AMCs, Agreements, Contracts with various support agencies (e.g., Housekeeping, Security, Gardening, Surveillance, CCTV, Electrical, Auditing, Legal etc.) of the Institutions and ensuring the Effectiveness of the Services being hired.
  • Employees & Premises Safety and Security Measures, dealing with Security agencies, Legal and Police Dept etc. and ensuring the Safe environment.
  • Infrastructure Utilization (Exhibition Halls, Auditorium, Training rooms etc.), Liaison with Exhibitors, responsible for Yearly bookings and execution.
  • Event Management (Customer meets, Seminars, Conferences, Exhibition participation,) and related necessary arrangements.
  • Other hired services for Employees e.g., Canteen, Transport and Travel bookings, Hotel Bookings etc., responsibilities and execution on time.
  • Compliance for all systems, (e.g., ISO 9001, 14000, etc.), proper documentation, record keeping and Audit responsibilities.
  • Asset management, Record keeping, updating, Capital Equipment s procurement and negotiations, ordering etc.
  • Solar system implementation and Energy saving, cost reduction activities.
  • Management of Manpower both Direct /Indirect & contractual hiring.
  • Audits responsibility and coordination Safety audit.
  • Extend support to finance in follow-up & recovery of the related to exhibition halls & office premises.

HR Part :

  • Recruitment based on vacancies followed by induction & training.
  • Payroll, compensation & benefits management & maintain employee records.
  • Training & development identification of training (Soft skills 7 technical skills), Generating annual Calendar & effective implementation, employee engagement activity (Motivational, knowledgeable).
  • Performance management system Drafting Roles & responsibilities, KPI and effective implementation of annual performance appraisal.
  • Employee Benefits & statutory obligates. (Medical Insurance, leave management, PF ESI, Labours, etc.)
  • Effective implementations of all HR policies. Internship & trainee management drafting & renewing of MOUs with institutions. Effective management of trained the interns.
  • Negotiation & Contractual Agreements with vendors & contractor within the preview of legality. AMCs, all legal aspects, POSH report.
  • Visitor Management the regular visitors include the dignitaries like commissioner, MALs & top management officer of other organization requiring focus attention, catering there needs & requirements -ordination with all (BOD members, EC members, management, HODs & employees, consultancy & outsource agencies).
  • Co-ordination for internal audit (Documentation, formats & records).
  • Maintain healthy, safety, friendly, cleanly & neat working environment in the premises.

Other Competencies /abilities /Skills Required :

  • Conversant with the laws & regulations Admin & HR.
  • Ability to interact with & lead employees at various levels.
  • Adaptable with changing times and trends.
  • Efficient and effective working habit.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Admin & HR.
  • Proficient in MS office, World, Excel & outlook.

Qualification :
BA / B. Com / MPA / MPM / MBA / DBA / M.Com
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
