Job Description - HR Lead/Manager - Operations & Admin (Generalist cum IT Recruiter)

Should have End to End knowledge ofHRFunction.
Experience in IT Recruitment, responsible for all internal and external (clients requirements) hiring
Should have strong experience inHROperation & Administration.
Experience in Employee Welfare/ Employee Engagement/Relations, Employee Retention, Talent Development.

Experience in Payroll Management, Leave Management, Attendance Management,
Experience in handling Employee Grievances.
Experience in Candidate Management, Offer Management.
Should have strong exposure to Statutory Compliance, TDS, EPF, and legal requirements.
Experience in conducting Terminations/Exit Processes (full and final settlements for employees)
Preparing necessary reports/analysis on performance, attrition and other required report

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your profile will consist of 30-40 % Recruitment & 70-60% HR Operations roles.

End to End recruitment Internal & external (IT Hiring)

Employee selection & onboarding through employee portal

a. Employee documentation

b. Employment Offer letter generation

c. Employee Induction

d. Employee appointment letter

Maintaining and regularizing employee attendance through Biometric

Employee Payroll

Employee Relations

Employee grievance redressal

To maintain records of all company liabilities like Telecoms bills & vendors payment

Change Management

Coordination with various vendors regarding EPF, TDS, GST, ESIC, Insurance

Invoices generation though QuickBooks

Entire employee life cycle onboarding to exit formalities, employee engagement, Discipline.Management

Coordinating with company CA team for all employee documentation - form16, TDS related documents
