The Audi Performance Sales Consultant presents the Audi brand to luxury lifestyle people, celebrities and HNIs in a convincing manner and sells the products and services offered by Audi. His/Her professional, competent demeanor is characterized by high-quality advice, detailed technical knowledge and unique features of Audi and a strong customer oriented focus. With an individual and conscientious approach, he/she makes a concrete contribution to customer delight and maximizes sales success.

The major responsibilities of the Performance Sales Consultant are:

Vehicle Sales: Actively maintain contact with prospective customers, understand their lavish lifestyles, interests and conduct need analysis, schedule meetings and pitch suitable products to convert them into buyers and sell the entire Audi product portfolio.

Build trust with the customers and guide them through the entire decision making process by showcasing strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has an Audi brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to final vehicle delivery.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set in line with dealership sales targets.

Process Adherence: Ensure complete adherence to the Audi defined sales processes, strict adherence to scheduled meetings and manage all system level reporting and documentation as per Audi standards

Customer Satisfaction: As the key point of contact for the customer, demonstrate high degree of customer orientation to ensure overall customer delight with the Audi sales experience
