Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
Rigorous in follow-up and effectively driving the agenda
Good listener, able to understand complex issues and bucketize them in neat framework
Ability to design solutions basis the feedback that's received from the ground. Behavioral Competencies Collaboration skills, Eye for detail, high energy professional, hard work and growth mindset
Key Responsibility Rigorous daily follow up with branches/clusters/regions on the sales process that's defined. Understanding the ground-level challenges plugging them back into the process for effective improvements. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Driving key objectives/initiatives of Branch Banking sales process as defined by top management
2. Diligently monitoring and ensuring the adherence to laid out processes of sales management through rigorous follow-ups
3. Listening closely to areas of concern, suggesting improvements and seeing through their implementation on ground.
4. Travelling to branches for monitoring the implementation of sales processes and understanding the challenges that are being faced on ground
5. Understanding the ground-level challenges plugging them back into the process for effective improvements.
