- Hands on knowledge on ISO 9001-2015 & CMMI Development / Services models.
- Plan, Implement, and Maintain quality management system.
- Knowledge on Lean six sigma methodologies.
- Experience working Delivery/ program to identify relevant process for project (process customization, process tailoring s and specific program level trainings etc).
- Drive QMS internal audits in the delivery projects. Monitor all the Non conformances to closure.
- Exposure and hands on experience in end of end of audit process
- Good understanding and hands on setting KPI s and goals. Knowledge on statistical techniques to analyze the data.
- Responsible for conducting Causal analysis for metrics deviating from goal. Drive corrective actions and preventive actions from analysis.
- Preferred knowledge on usage of Minitab, Excel Analysis, Simulators etc.
- Good knowledge on baselining process and goal-setting practices
- Very good understanding on software lifecycles like waterfall, Agile etc. and supporting project team on Quality gate reviews.
- Exposure to Python, R would be preferred.
- Good exposure to CMMI high maturity practices.
- Providing necessary training to the team on process requirements
- Coordinate and conduct the meetings with project managers.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
- Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think & plan strategically with a business focus.
