Job Summary
  • Prepare performance test strategy & plan to detail out scope, non-functional requirements, performance tests, workload model, performance testing approach and schedule.
  • Able to work with the business to identify and test performance NFRs
  • Strong analytical skills needed to identify, research, and resolve problems
  • Experience in performance testing of client-server products and REST APIs/Cloud-based services.
  • Create & review performance test scripts using Performance testing tools (JMeter and LoadRunner etc.)
  • Execute & monitor performance tests using Performance testing tools (JMeter and LoadRunner etc.)
  • Monitor server performance using App Insights, AppDynamics, or native monitoring tools.
  • Experience in AWS and Azure cloud performance monitoring tools and Application Insights and SQL Insights
  • Programming experience in Python or Java is mandatory.
  • Experience or Knowledge using Docker, Jenkins & Git Hub
  • Analyse performance test results and prepare performance test reports highlight performance issues in application or server side and Identify performance bottlenecks using monitoring tools
  • Work with Development, Infra team to articulate performance issues and take it to closure.
  • Report performance testing status to stakeholders highlighting risk / issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
