Job Summary Role :

  • Hands on knowledge on ISO 9001-2015 & CMMI Development / Services models.
  • Plan, Implement, and Maintain quality management system.
  • Knowledge on Lean six sigma methodologies.
  • Experience working Delivery/ program to identify relevant process for project (process customization, process tailoring s and specific program level trainings etc).
  • Drive QMS internal audits in the delivery projects. Monitor all the Non conformances to closure.
  • Exposure and hands on experience in end of end of audit process
  • Good understanding and hands on setting KPI s and goals. Knowledge on statistical techniques to analyze the data.
  • Responsible for conducting Causal analysis for metrics deviating from goal. Drive corrective actions and preventive actions from analysis.
  • Preferred knowledge on usage of Minitab, Excel Analysis, Simulators etc.
  • Good knowledge on baselining process and goal-setting practices
  • Very good understanding on software lifecycles like waterfall, Agile etc. and supporting project team on Quality gate reviews.
  • Exposure to Python, R would be preferred.
  • Good exposure to CMMI high maturity practices.
  • Providing necessary training to the team on process requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct the meetings with project managers.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think & plan strategically with a business focus.

Detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
