Job Summary
Experience : At 5 years in Management level in Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing
Diploma/Master in Sales and Business Management will be added advantage.
- Who can spend minimum 80% of time on the field
- Motivated, dedicated, hardworking and result oriented
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- High level of selling skill with high performance in achieving sales target
- Influencer and able to work at with all stakeholders
- Good computer skills and sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational, presentation and analytical skills
- Contribute in defining Key Business Area including Product Mix and Achieving of the Committed Sales Targets
- Developing business strategy to for generating sales and also maintaining relationship with existing customer base
- Budgeting and forecasting of sales numbers including a marketing plan
- Executing marketing and sales activities in line with Company and Group Policy and Procedures
- Analysis of sales numbers and market situation including identification of new segments
- Developing and coaching team of people
