Job Summary

Role Description

Facilitate the migration of new processes and play a key part in identifying synergies for improvement in various processes.
Responsible for managing existing processes, in addition to new migrations/ re-migrations that are planned through the year.
Focus on analysing errors that lead to financial claims.
Set up controls to avoid recurrence.
Ensure BU issues / escalations are addressed promptly and within reasonable timeline.
Drive automation project to strengthen processes, reduce errors, improve productivity and reduce processes that are currently supported manually.
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure risk mitigation.
Ensure implementation of audit recommendations within stipulated timelines.
Significant complexities/Risk and engagement with BU and external market/Client. New funds/activities are being on boarded in 4SPL, with expectation with BAU delivery from Day1.
