Job Summary
Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage our company s learning and development, recruiting and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include developing internal processes, out-of-the-box ideas for company development, one-on-one with the employees, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Desired candidate profile:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for the employees
- Manage employees grievances
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR functions
- Handle detailed documentation of employees
- Counseling employees as and when required
- Identifying any HR-related issues and finding solutions for them, Critical Thinking
- Plan and Design Employee s performance metrics
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
- Plan and design employees' benefit programs, and micro-management free HR Policies
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as and when required
Skills:
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Strong work ethics & integrity
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Ability to solve the problem efficiently
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
