- Work closely with Instructional Designers and SME s for understanding the storyboard or concepts
- Identify scope, timelines, and efforts for a course content and design strategy
- Expertise in authoring tool Articulate Storyline
- Creative ideas to make training more appealing in terms of concepts, graphics, animations, contents & flow
- Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view
- Basic graphic design knowledge and the ability to create templates in Photoshop or Illustrator
- Create, manage & deliver engaging E-Learning across multiple learning styles
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliances
- Maintain schedule and deliverable deadlines
- Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment
- Research on various other E-Learning development products
Qualification : Any bachelor degree
