Job Summary
Qualification : Required 3-7 years of experience in creating high quality technical documentation
As a Technical Writer at Amdocs, you'll be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation for our software products. You'll work closely with product teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Writing: Create high-quality documentation, including user manuals, help files, and online tutorials.
- Documentation Standards: Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work with product teams to gather information and understand product features.
- Time Management: Estimate and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Peer Review: Review documentation written by other technical writers.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of technical writing experience
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with documentation tools like DITA and Oxygen
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry (preferred)
